Visit Options

Educational Session — $300
This 30 min session is ideal for those looking to explore whether Rayma Health’s terrain-based, root-cause approach is the right fit. We’ll walk through your case, provide strategic insights, and answer your questions. This is a non-treatment, guidance-focused visit designed to support clarity before committing to care—perfect for out-of-town patients or those with complex conditions like cancer or autoimmune disease who want direction without a formal intake.

New Patient Visits

Pricing effective July 1st, 2025

Each new patient visit includes:

  • A comprehensive review of your intake forms and labs before your appointment

  • A deep-dive session to uncover the root drivers of your symptoms

  • A customized, actionable plan

  • Ongoing support between visits via the secure patient portal

  • Prescription and lab coordination

  • One complimentary Health Advocate session to support your care journey

Standard New Patient Visit (60–90 minutes) — $450–$675
Best for individuals seeking preventive care, optimization, or support with less complex health concerns. Ideal for hormone balancing, gut health, immune support, or wellness-focused goals.

Complex Case New Patient Visit (90–120 minutes) — $675–$900
Recommended for individuals facing chronic, multi-system, or advanced conditions such as cancer, Lyme disease, mold illness, neurodegeneration, or long COVID. This visit provides the time and depth needed for comprehensive investigative work and the development of a robust, multi-phase care plan. It also includes a detailed case review and planning between visits, ensuring your care is thoughtful, thorough, and customized to your unique healing journey.

Follow-Up Visits

Each follow-up visit includes:

  • A progress review and personalized plan update

  • Prescription refills and lab coordination as needed

  • Continued messaging support via the patient portal

Complex Follow-Up / Lab Review (30–60 minutes) — $250–$375
Ideal for managing chronic or complex cases, reviewing detailed labs, or updating a multifaceted treatment plan.

General Follow-Up (30–60 minutes) — $200–$325
Designed for routine check-ins, treatment adjustments, and support with terrain-based care or preventive health.

Urgent Visit Options

Need to be seen as soon as possible?
We understand that sometimes waiting isn’t an option. Each week, we reserve a limited number of urgent visit appointments for patients who want to be seen right away. These visits are prioritized to get you on the schedule as quickly as possible.

Because urgent visits require us to adjust our schedule and accommodate you sooner, the pricing reflects the additional time and resources set aside to meet your needs.

Urgent Appointment Pricing

  • Standard New Patient Visit (60 min)
    $900
    Ideal for patients with a single primary concern or straightforward needs.

  • Complex New Patient Visit (90–120 min)
    $1,350 – $1,800
    Recommended for patients with multiple health concerns or complex conditions (e.g., Lyme disease, mold toxicity, cancer, cognitive decline). This extended time allows for a thorough review of history, labs, and treatment planning.

  • Complex Follow-Up Visit (30–60 min)
    $500 – $750
    For ongoing care of complex conditions or when detailed treatment adjustments are needed.

  • General Follow-Up Visit (30–60 min)
    $400 – $650
    For routine follow-ups, progress reviews, or simple treatment adjustments.

Cancellation Policy

At Rayma Health, we value your time and ours. To provide the best care for all of our patients and maintain an efficient schedule, we have updated our cancellation policy:

  • 24+ Hours Notice: Changes or cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment – no charge.

  • Same-Day or Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice – 50% of the scheduled visit cost.

  • No-Show: Missed appointments without prior notice – 100% of the scheduled visit cost.

    This policy allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient in need of care.
    Thank you for respecting our time and the needs of others. All appointments can be rescheduled via portal messaging to Zach or Maria or via phone call.

Reimbursement Options

While Rayma Health is an out-of-network provider, we want to make your care as accessible as possible.

We’re happy to provide a superbill—a detailed receipt of your visit that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to understand your out-of-network benefits.
