Neo7 Peptide Therapy: Personalized Cancer Care Built From Your Own Data

Neo7 peptide therapy is cancer care designed for one person: you. From your blood and urine, a lab reads your tumor’s DNA and RNA, the proteins it is making, and the cell signaling that has gone abnormal, where cells are communicating in ways they should not, then designs a set of peptides built to correct that signaling and help your own immune system find and fight your cancer. It is prescribed under an IRB-approved protocol, and I prescribe it at Rayma Health as part of a whole metabolic approach to cancer. Here is what it is, how it works, and what Neo7 reports.
What Neo7 is
A peptide is a short piece of protein. Your body makes thousands of them, and they carry messages between cells: repair this, calm that, look here.

Most peptides on the market are the same molecule for everyone. Neo7Bioscience takes the opposite approach. Every set of peptides is an N-of-1 design, meaning it is built from one patient’s data and made for that patient only. Nobody else gets your peptides, because nobody else has your cancer.
The design starts with your tumor and your system, read on several layers at once from your blood and urine:
- Your tumor’s DNA and RNA, to see which cancer pathways are switched on right now.
- The proteins your tumor is making, to see what it is actually doing.
- Your cell signaling, the messages cells send each other. Cancer is a signaling problem: cells communicating abnormally, telling each other to grow, hide, and resist. Neo7 reads where that communication has gone wrong and which pathways are driving it.
- Your HLA type, the set of “display windows” your cells use to show protein fragments to your immune cells. Everyone’s windows are shaped a little differently, so the peptides are shaped to fit yours.
From those layers, Neo7 picks 10 to 14 or more targets in your cancer’s signaling pathways and designs peptides aimed at them: a multi-target signaling correction, built for you alone. A compounding pharmacy then makes your peptides to my prescription.

How the process works
- Testing. We collect blood and urine. That is it: no surgery, no biopsy. The samples go for tumor DNA, RNA, and protein sequencing, the same kind of testing you may know from genetic panels, read for your tumor and your cell signaling.
- Your Health Index report. Neo7 turns the results into a report that ranks your targets and lists your HLA typing. It also comes with recommendations that reach beyond the peptides: nutrient support, IV therapy, immune and metabolic strategies, inflammation control, and off-label medication options matched to your targets. We read it together and fold it into your plan.
- Design and manufacturing. Neo7 designs your peptide set. I send the prescription to a cGMP compounding pharmacy.
- Your first dose, and the year ahead. From sample collection to first dose is about 10 to 11 weeks. The peptides are given as small injections under the skin or into the muscle, and by IV when that fits your plan. Most patients learn to give the injections at home. Your peptide set is designed once, from what was abnormal in your analysis, and the course runs for about a year.
What Neo7 reports
Neo7 tracks outcomes across seven endpoints in the patients it treats, most of whom come with stage III or IV cancer and prior treatment. From its 2025 outcomes document:

- Overall response above 75% across the seven endpoints combined.
- Quality of life: a patient-reported satisfaction rate above 78%.
- Disease stabilization in more than 75% of patients within 5 to 9 months of starting.
- Tumor and metastatic regression: tumor volume reductions in over 75% of patients, with more than 70% seeing at least a 65% decrease in the size of metastatic lesions, and several cases of complete radiographic and molecular remission.
- Disease-free survival of 24 to 36 months or longer in over 77% of patients.
- Survival: 3-year survival above 75%, 5-year above 70%, and early 10-year data above 65%.
These are Neo7’s numbers from its own patient tracking, and they reflect the whole plan each patient was on, not one therapy by itself. Neo7 is clear about the things that predict a better response: good nutritional, metabolic, and immune support, and strong emotional support. That is exactly the ground Rayma Health builds.
What the analysis shows about your tumor
The same blood and urine testing tells us things a scan cannot.
- Whether your tumor is “hot” or “cold.” A hot tumor is one your immune system has already found and is fighting. A cold tumor is one it cannot see or has been shut out of. Neo7 reads the immune signals in your tumor’s RNA and proteins, so we know which one we are dealing with and the peptides are designed to improve immune recognition and reduce immune escape.
- Whether resistance has switched on. Cancer cells learn to resist treatment by turning on signaling pathways that keep them alive. The analysis shows those resistance pathways when they are active, and Neo7 designs against them rather than around them. Its goal is to correct why the resistance exists.
- Whether a treatment is still working. When a tumor stops responding to chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy, its signaling changes before the scan does. The testing picks that up, and the peptides are designed against what was found.
This is why Neo7 fits so well for advanced and treatment-resistant cancers. It does not guess at what your tumor is doing. It reads it.
Why it fits a metabolic approach
Cancer grows in a terrain. Insulin and blood sugar, inflammation, nutrition, sleep, the gut, and toxic load all shape how fast it grows and how well the immune system can respond. My work is to fix that terrain: to reseed it and make the body healthier, so every therapy in your plan has better ground to work on.
Neo7 is built to work on that same ground. It uses your immune system rather than replacing it, which is why the nutrition, metabolic, and emotional support in your plan matter so much to the result. The 10 to 11 weeks between your samples and your first dose are not waiting time. That is when we stabilize inflammation, support detox, strengthen your immune system, and set up your lifestyle, so your body is ready when the peptides arrive. Whatever you are already doing for your cancer stays in your plan; Neo7 is added to it, with a reason attached and a way to measure it.
How I decide whether Neo7 fits your plan
I want a reason for everything we do. So we start with you: your diagnosis, what is already in your plan, what you have tried, and what your body did with it. Then we look at your terrain labs, the ones I read for optimal instead of just normal (I wrote about that here). And I ask how you are really doing, not just what your labs say, because fear, grief, and hope change what happens in a body.
Neo7 fits best when there is an advanced or treatment-resistant cancer, the foundation work is underway, and we have a clear picture of what we will measure and when. When it fits, we start.
How to start
If you or someone you love has cancer and you want to know whether Neo7 belongs in the plan, book a visit. I see patients in person at Rayma Health in Minnetonka, Minnesota. You can also message me through the patient portal or call the office at (612) 324-6338.
Cure is a hope I hold for every person who sits across from me. We fix the terrain, we add the right tools with a reason, and we give the body every chance to heal.
Frequently asked questions
What is Neo7 peptide therapy?
A personalized cancer therapy. From your blood and urine, Neo7 reads your tumor’s DNA and RNA, the proteins it makes, your HLA type, and the cell signaling that has gone abnormal, then designs a set of peptides made for you alone to correct that signaling and help your immune system target your cancer.
Do I need a biopsy or tumor tissue?
No. Testing is done from blood and urine samples, like genetic testing. It reads your tumor’s data and your cell signaling, not tissue.
How long until the first dose, and how long is the course?
About 10 to 11 weeks from the day we collect your samples to your first dose. The course of peptides runs for about a year, using the set designed from your analysis.
What results does Neo7 report?
From its 2025 outcomes document: overall response above 75% across seven endpoints, disease stabilization in more than 75% of patients within 5 to 9 months, disease-free survival of 24 to 36 months or longer in over 77%, and 3-, 5-, and 10-year survival above 75%, 70%, and 65%, in mostly stage III and IV patients.
Is Neo7 FDA-approved?
No. Each peptide set is designed for one person, so it does not go through the standard drug-approval pathway. Neo7 is prescribed by licensed providers under an IRB-approved protocol.
What are the side effects?
Mild and short: tiredness, a rash, feeling “wired,” and rarely a mild fever. Neo7 reports no serious adverse effects since 2019. We start low and monitor with labs.
Can Neo7 tell if my tumor is hot or cold, or resistant to treatment?
Yes. The blood and urine analysis reads the immune signals and resistance pathways in your tumor’s RNA and proteins, so we can see whether your immune system has found the tumor, whether resistance has switched on, and whether a treatment has stopped working. The peptides are designed from that picture.
Do I keep my other cancer treatments?
Yes. Neo7 is added to your plan. What you are already doing stays, and we coordinate the whole picture.
