Training & Background

A foundation built in osteopathic medicine.

Dr. Little earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and a Master of Science in Anatomy from Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa — where he also completed a Pre-Doctoral OMM Fellowship — following undergraduate studies at South Dakota State University.

He completed his residency in Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (ONMM) at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. During his training he served as Vice Chair (2024–2025) and Chair (2025–2026) of the Resident Assembly of the American Academy of Osteopathy, and as Co-Chief Resident of his program.

He is trained through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), applying a systems-based, root-cause approach to complex, whole-person care.

Recognition

American Academy of Osteopathy 2026 Resident of the Year

Awarded for his contributions to the RAAO and the advancement of his residency program.

Clinical Interests

Where his practice focuses.

With a particular focus on men’s health — energy, drive, hormones, and prostate wellness — Dr. Little’s clinical interests reflect a whole-person, root-cause approach to care.

Men’s Health & Hormone Optimization

Helping men restore energy, drive, and vitality by addressing testosterone, metabolic, and prostate health at the root — not just masking symptoms.

Functional Medicine

Finding and addressing the root drivers behind symptoms — hormones, metabolism, sleep, stress, and nutrients.

Regenerative Medicine & Prolotherapy

Supporting the body’s own repair processes for musculoskeletal pain and injury.

Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine

Hands-on OMM to support structure, function, and the body’s capacity to heal.

Wilderness Medicine

Care and preparedness for the outdoors and remote environments.

Cancer Survivorship Advocacy

Supporting patients through and beyond a cancer diagnosis — a cause close to home.

His Perspective

Having navigated cancer himself as a leukemia patient in his late teens, Jordan holds a rare appreciation for what it means to be a patient — and practices gratitude and compassion in every facet of his care.

Beyond the Clinic

A creative and an endurance athlete.

A self-proclaimed creative, Jordan enjoys realism painting, writing music and poetry, and hand-built and wheel-thrown ceramics. He spends his free time training for ultra-long-distance races and aspires to complete a full Ironman triathlon.

He also hosts The Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Podcast, sharing conversations that deepen the understanding and practice of osteopathy.
